Tirese Makey, Paul George added 76ers injury report against Thunder

In front Philadelphia 76ers‘ home match with the Oklahoma City Thunder, Tyrese McKay and Paul George were added to the injury report. The starting tough guard for the Sixers became an even bigger challenge.

Make it listed as questionable due to a sprained left arm and George is listed as probable due to right ankle soreness. During the 76ers’ last game, a loss to the Orlando Magic, Maxey was seen grabbing his left arm. His injury and George’s were added to the injury report after the team’s morning scrimmage.

With the game against the New York Knicks coming the day after they play the Thunder (both in Philly), the Sixers’ already loaded roster is in even worse shape.

The 76ers, at 15-22, don’t have much room left to keep losing games. They play winning teams in each of their next six games — and this is just the first of two such stretches before the All-Star break. Not only do the stars need to get healthy as quickly as possible, but the players around them need to step up, and the coaching staff will need to be sharp in their game planning.

Joel Embiid has already been ruled out left foot sprain, as well as Jared McCain (left knee meniscus surgery), Andre Drummond (left toe sprain), Kyle Lowry (right hip sprain), Jared McCain (left knee meniscus surgery) and KJ Martin (left foot stress reaction) ). Caleb Martin is listed as questionable with right groin soreness and Justin Edwards, also late on the injury report, is listed as probable with a sprained left ankle.

The Thunder are still without Chet Holmgren (fractured right iliac wing), Ajay Mitchell (sprained right big toe) and Nikola Topic (left knee surgery).
