Fans will be feeling for Steve Kerr of the Warriors after an awkward moment following the loss to the Celtics
The The Golden State Warriors suffered a brutal defeat by the Boston Celtics on MLK Day, losing 125-85. Things didn’t go well for them during the game, and maybe it didn’t look like things went well at the end. As Jayson Tatum and Stephen Curry talked after the game, the head coach Steve Kerr approached and waited so he could talk to the Celtics star. Tatum and Curry ended up taking longer than usual, and Kerr eventually left.
To make things even funnier for some people, Jaylen Brown was also standing in the area waiting for Curry and Tatum, and he and Kerr didn’t say a word to each other.
While this whole interaction may be awkward, it may have been taken out of context. For one thing, there’s a good chance that Kerr and Brown have already talked to each other, so there’s no need for another conversation. As for Kerr trying to talk to Tatum, at the end of the aired clip, you can see the two actually hug.
Of course, the word here is that Brown and Tatum aren’t fond of Kerr because of what happened during the Paris Olympics, but everything seems to be fine in that department.

The Warriors have been in limbo after having a strong start to the season, but haven’t been able to recapture the same fire they had. After their loss to the Celtics, Steve Kerr shared that they kinds of games don’t feel right for the team.
“We just take it week by week. “We have Sacramento on Wednesday, and we have to throw this one in the toilet and get ready for Sach,” Kerr said. “We’ve been very competitive all year. Our guys fought back, but we had a handful of these where we were just blown away. These are demoralizing. The most important thing for me is that our boys forget his. We have a day off tomorrow and then be ready to head to Sacramento on Wednesday.
The Warriors have the talent to be competitive, but it may not be enough to hang with some of the league’s best. With trying to manage the minutes of Stephen Curry and now Draymond Green in and out of the lineup with injuries, it’s been difficult to get a consistent star out of the two that have helped carry the franchise for so many years.
Now it looks like the Warriors are trying to buy into the youth movement more and not trade their team for another star, and that means they’ll have to improve from within.
