Becky Lynch’s return to WWE is getting huge support from the Hall of Fame
As you may or may not have heard amidst the excitement of the environment RAV’s switch to netflix, Becky Lynch there is allegedly re-signed with WWE, and a return to the ring is coming at some point in the not-too-distant future en route to WrestleMania.
Now, for longtime fans of “The Man,” this is great news, as the promotion has had an “Irish Lacekicker”-sized hole in its babyface side since he wrestled his last match for the promotion last year. Lynch can enter the program with Rhea Ripley RAVtangle with Tiffany Stratton SmackDownor even conquer Royal Rumble to control her destiny, which could make for some very interesting television.
Discussing her expected return to his Grilling JR podcast, AEV commentator and VVE Hall of Famer Jim Ross celebrated her return, noting that Lynch deserves to be paid like one of the the biggest stars in professional wrestling, period.
“She’s a seven-figure person, no doubt, and good for her, she’s a friend.” “I helped her get started, and it wasn’t a hard decision to jump on her because she just had a great work ethic and wanted to be a star,” Ross said, via TJR.
“I’m a big fan of Becky Lynch. She’s got attitude and looks and all, and I’m glad she stopped long enough to have a baby. Moms love to have babies, and she did, so I can’t wait to see how she does when she comes back.”

When it comes to the rise of women in professional wrestling, Lynch is truly a champion who deserves credit for the industry’s current boom, as she has truly accomplished many of the industry’s firsts in the country. Title WrestleMania? Running a promotion in the sale of goods? Main event television weekly? Lynch, Lynch and Lynch, along with other members of the promotion at the time, such as Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey, helped lead the Women’s Revolution.
Fortunately, Ross also discussed this, noting that it was gratifying to see performers like Lynch change the perception of women in sports.
“Women have been treated like s**t for so long, and I’m glad they got a break,” Ross noted. “Now women seem to be just as viable as men, at least that’s my take on it.” They’re fun to watch, and they’re unique, and they’ve got great personalities and great looks and all that stuff, so it’s really good, it’s a good thing.”
