Two key Bulls receive injury notices ahead of Pelicans matchup
The Chicago Bulls play their first back-to-back on Tuesday night as they host New Orleans Pelicans at the United Center. The Pelicans have just eight wins on the season and it should be a winnable game for the Bulls, but they are battling some injury issues in this one. Chicago once again can be without both of them Ayo Dosunmu and Kobe White.
Ayo Dosunmu has missed the last nine games with a calf strain, but his status was upgraded for Tuesday night’s game as he is questionable for this matchup against the Pelicans. When Dosunmu returns, he will be on a minute of restriction to get back into things. That might make him more likely to return on Wednesday against the Atlanta Hawks.
Another player who is questionable for the Bulls on Tuesday night is Kobe White. White missed Chicago’s last game with a neck injury, and there’s a chance he can’t go again Tuesday. He has blossomed into one of the best players the Bulls have, and is definitely someone Chicago wants in the lineup.

This is a big game for the Bulls as they look to get closer to that .500 mark. So far, this season looks a lot like last season as Chicago hovers around three games under .500 and near the 10th seed in the Eastern Conference. A home game against a team that has won just eight games is definitely one the Bulls must win if they want a chance at a winning record.
The Bulls are currently 18-21 on the season and are ranked 10th in the East. It will be interesting to see what the strategy is at the trade deadline, as it is clear that the team is trying to win and make the playoffs. Unfortunately, they continue to stagnate in this unpleasant environment.
Chicago will play the Pelicans at 7:00 CT from the United Center in Chicago and the game will be televised locally. The Bulls are currently favored by 1.5 points.
